Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 24 hours after confirmation.
- Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next working day.
Delivery Time
Estimated delivery times:
- Major Cities: 2–4 business days
- Other Cities & Remote Areas: 3–7 business days
Delivery times may vary due to weather conditions, courier delays, or public holidays.
Shipping Charges
- Free Shipping on all prepaid orders.
- Standard shipping charges may apply to Cash on Delivery (if applicable).

Order Tracking

Delivery Attempts
Our courier partner will attempt delivery up to two times. If delivery cannot be completed, the parcel may be returned to us.

Incorrect Address
